CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES

Our customer services representatives are outstanding at providing a knowledgeable, courteous and professional service to callers.  

TELESALES AGENTS

As a telesales agent with Phone Plus, you will provide confident, engaging and passionate sales presentations to our clients' customers.

ADMINISTRATION MANAGEMENT

Our administration management people are very important and special to us. They carry out administrative functions to support key campaigns and back-office services. 

SHIFT MANAGERS

Being a shift leader at Phone Plus is all about ensuring the smooth running of the contact centre. This involves making sure that operators provide a knowledgeable, courteous and professional service to callers and ensuring that employee management and reporting requirements for the shift are met. 

TEAM LEADERS

We love our team leaders! They are responsible for the effective co-ordination and supervision of our virtual teams.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

When operating a business that offers services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, quality information technology and systems support is really important. Our wonderful systems developers develop, implement and maintain systems applications in line with user requirements.
